Woo hoo, i finally had a good open water swim! Times weren't too bad either...16:31 for 750m, a full 3 minutes faster than the same swim in 2010 and 1:08 faster than the 750m swim last month. Nice to see the improvement, and all the thanks goes out to you! Just want to say thanks for all your help! Its great to have a good swim and i owe it to you! Adam V. Charlotte NC
