PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
Get ready for your open water swimming season with a 2 hour pool based clinic. We will cover mental strategies and open water skills in the comfort of the Discovery Aquatics studio pool in a small class.

PLEASE BRING:

Swim suit, goggles, and towel. USB flash drive to take home your swim videos.

TUITION:

$45 per session
