Discovery Aquatics Yoga and Open Water Swim

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

Start your day with a 45 minute sunrise Yoga session, followed by a guided open water swim from the Discovery Aquatics studio dock.

PLEASE BRING:

Yoga mat, swim suit, goggles, and towel.
