Just thought I would give you an update on my Tri two weeks ago. It went really well for a small event. I have never felt that confident in the water and I owe that to you. I finished 19th overall and 3rd in my age group. My swimming was much more efficient and I was extremely calm and confident. I actually had a rhythm!
